Dem Bones by Bob Barner

As written on Amazon: Sing along with a colorful skeleton band in this exuberant rendition of a traditional most-loved African-American spiritual, passed down by word of mouth for generations. Today, it's usually sung by children as a way to learn anatomy, rhyme, and language. With its vibrant paper collage illustrations and rollicking read-aloud verse, this perfect introduction to the human body makes a wonderful addition to both home and classroom libraries, and is a fun treat for Halloween!

MY REVIEW: I was super excited to find this adorable book on Amazon. Years ago, I wrote a road show number to the song and we performed it on stage under lights that showed the dancing bones. Such a fun time was had by all the participants. The illustrations are the best along with the description of the bones talked about. A great book to add to any library especially for Halloween and written with lines from the Bible in Ezekiel Chapter 37 where it originated.
