Yummy Potato Crisps



YUMMY POTATO CRISPS




3 potatoes

½ cup butter

2 Tbs. oil

salt

garlic salt


Wash potatoes, slice potatoes and set aside. Pour oil onto a cookie sheet and spread. Lay one layer of sliced potatoes on the sheet. Melt butter and spread with pastry brush over the potatoes. Sprinkle on favorite seasonings. Place in the oven and bake at 425° for 10 minutes or to desired crispness.
