Teriyaki Pork Stir Fry

rice

5 pork chops

3 bell peppers chopped

1 large onion chopped

2 tbs. olive oil

teriyaki sauce


Start cooking your desired amount of rice. Cut the pork chops into 1 inch cubes. In a large pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cubed pork chops. Cook over medium high heat until lightly browned. Add chopped vegetables. Cook for about 10 minutes on high, stirring regularly. Add desired amount of sauce to your pan and let food simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
