TACO SALAD DELICIOUS


1 lb. Ground beef

1 onion, diced

1 envelope reduced sodium taco seasoning

¾ cup water

1 can Pinto beans drained

1 Pkg. Doritos or Corn chips

2 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese

½ head shredded ice berg lettuce

1 bottle Catalina dressing


Add ground beef and onion to fry pan. Fry until ground beef is browned will. Add envelope of taco seasoning and water. Add Pinto beans. Cook until flavors are mixed. Place Shredded cheese in a bowl. Place shredded lettuce in a bowl.


Serve Buffet Style. in the following order:

Crumble chips, top with cooked hamburger and beans, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, and drizzle Catalina dressing over the top. Serves 6.
