Combine in a large bowl
9 cups torn fresh spinach with stems trimmed
1 pint fresh strawberries, halved
½ cup slivered toasted almonds
½ cup feta cheese
Place the dressing ingredients in a blender and process until combined, then pour over salad and toss to coat.
½ cup vegetable oil
1 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. cider vinegar
1 Tbs. chopped onion
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. sesame seeds
½ tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Serve immediately. Makes 8 - 10 servings.
NOTE: This also tastes great with Strawberry Dressing.
