6 cups Broth from pork used in

Sweet & Sour Pork recipe

2 eggs mixed well

salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions or parsley sprigs

Bring broth from boiled pork to a boil. Slowly pour mixed eggs into boiling broth stirring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut up green onions and garnish soup. Serves 6.
