1 ½ pound Country Style Pork Ribs
½ tsp. each rib, salt & Pepper
2 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar to tenderize meat
½ Cup Barbecue Sauce
Set oven for 350° F. Season each rib with ½ teaspoon of salt and pepper on both sides. Cut a piece of aluminum foil over baking dish long enough to fit the meat and to eventually form a “pouch” that can enclose the ribs. Place ribs on foil and roll foil in such a way that all liquid can be caught in the foil. Seal the foil completely to steam the meat. Be sure no air or liquid can escape. Place in oven and bake for 2 hours. Carefully vent the steam away from you and drain the liquid from the pouch. Throw away the foil. Line baking dish with foil. Lay ribs on the foil and pour ½ cup barbecue sauce over the top and brush it over the surface area covering all sides of the rib. Add more sauce after cooking if desired. Place in oven, uncovered and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for 10 minutes. Add more sauce, if desired.[1]
