Paprika Drumsticks with Caravelle Sweet Chili Sauce


6 - 8 Chicken Legs

2 - 4 Tbs. butter

2 cups flour

paprika

salt and pepper to taste

Caravelle Sweet Chili Sauce for Chicken


Place flour in a bowl. Cover chicken leg with flour and sprinkle heavily with paprika, salt and pepper. Melt butter in heavy frying pan. Place chicken legs in frying pan. Brown on all sides. Pour ½ cup of water in pan after browning and steam for 30 minutes. Serve with Caravelle Chili Sweet Chili Sauce for Chicken

The drippings make a delicious gravy to serve over mashed potatoes.
