Easy Popovers

Sometimes called Yorkshire Pudding!

Easy to make Blender Popovers

1 c milk

1 Tbs. melted butter or margarine

1 Cup flour

3 eggs

¼ tsp. salt


Mix ingredients in blender. Pour into well-greased and floured popover or muffin pans. Fill half full. Bake in pre-heated oven 425° for 20 minutes. Then turn oven off for next 20 minutes. Meanwhile, do not open oven. Serve with butter, jelly or jam, and honey. Serves 12.


Popovers are the modern version of Yorkshire Pudding. They are light and airy, and easy to make. They are considered especially good with pot roast and gravy.
