3-4 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
3 Tbs. packed brown sugar
1 Tbs. salt
1 Tbs. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbs. Vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 300°. Pour oil in a 9 x 11 pan and spread over the bottom. Combine brown sugar, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub all over the pork. Cover with foil. Cook until tender about 3 hours. Remove the tin foil and cook until pork pulls apart easily with a fork. Using two forks, shred pork and toss with. Cover with one cup of your favorite barbecue sauce.
