Easy Decadent Truffles

EASY DECADENT TRUFFLES

8 oz. package of Cream Cheese

3 cups sifted confectioners sugar

3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted

1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract


In a large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar until well blended. Stir in melted chocolate and vanilla until no streaks remain. Chill for 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll truffles in ground walnuts, coconut, powdered sugar, candy sprinkles, etc. or dip in milted chocolate, then roll in extras listed above.
