Easy Chicken, Ritz, & Rice
2 cans of Kirkland Chicken Breast (7 oz.)
1 16 ounce carton sour cream
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
40 Ritz Crackers
¼ cup of margarine
2 Tbs. poppy seeds
2 cups rice cooked
Place chicken breast in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Mix 16 ounce carton of sour cream and 22 cans of Cream of Chicken soup. Place on top of meat. Combine Ritz Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with margarine. Add poppy seeds to crumbled crackers. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of sop and chicken. Bake 350° for 25 minutes. Serve over cooked rice. Serve 8.
