CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME
4 chicken breasts 3 cups halved green grapes
3 cups of celery 3 cups halved red grapes
3/4 cup of sliced green onion Sliced Almonds
3/4 cup of Light Miracle Whip
Serve between cut croissant rolls or on top of lettuce leaf.
Place chicken breasts in 2 quart sauce pan and boil for 35 minutes till done. Remove from pan and cool. Cut into bite size pieces. Cut celery and green onion; halve grapes. Toss in bowl with Sliced Almonds. Add Light Miracle Whip to evenly coat mixture. Truly scrumptious!.
