Christmas Cookies

"Tis the season to be jolly, fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la!"


Christmas Cookies


Step #1


1 package colored marshmallows

1 cup chopped nuts

20 Graham Crackers mashed


Place graham crackers in a gallon zip lock bag and mash with rolling pin. Place in a mixing bowl. Add marshmallows and chopped nuts.


Step #2

In a saucepan place

1 Giant Hersey bar broken into squares

2 squares of butter sliced in pieces

Melt Hersey bar and butter


Step #3

Add to saucepan mixture

1 cup powder sugar

2 eggs beaten


Step #4

Pour Hersey bar mixture over the top of marshmallow mixture. Place about two cups into a zip lock bag and mold into a roll. (These can also be rolled in coconut or additional graham crackers.) Repeat using additional zip lock bags until all is used up. Place in freezer for four hours. Remove and cut into 1/2 inch cookies. Makes about 50 cookies.
