Make the Day Before - Tasty Breakfast Casserole
1 ½ lbs. breakfast sausage
6 slices buttered bread with crust removed
1 ½ cup shredded cheese
5 eggs
2 cups half and half or 1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Cook and crumble sausage. Layer bread, sausage, and cheese. Beat eggs and milk. Add dry mustard, and salt, beat again slightly. Pour on top of mixture. Chill overnight. Place foil on top till last 15 minutes. Bake 45 minutes in 350° oven. Serves 8.
