Award Winning Chili
1 pound ground beef
1 onion
4 cans Kidney Beans
1 can diced crushed or stewed tomatoes
1 can Campbell’s tomato soup
1 tbs. Chile powder ,
¼ tsp red pepper
salt & pepper to taste
Chop onion and brown with one pound of ground beef. Drain fat, season lightly with salt and pepper. Add four cans of kidney beans. Add a large can of diced or crushed tomatoes (my family likes diced tomatoes blended slightly) . Add one can of tomato soup. Add spices to taste. If too spicy, just add a little sugar. Heat and serve. Serves 6-8
